About Jenny

In high school, two photography teachers encouraged me to pursue a discipline in the arts. They acknowledged and encouraged my growth as a photographer and helped me explore various photographic methods that captured my attention for years to come. With academic experience gained in photography,
I focused on the field when I began college. I loved the experience of capturing both reality and fantasy within an image, and manipulating such images to my delight.

It wasn't until I attended UMBC that I realized Graphic and Web Design was the ideal field for me. Web design is my niche because I enjoy web presentations more than print media. Web design gives me the challenge of keeping up to date with the latest standards, and the need to stay educated in different Internet languages.
I like the challenge of turning code into artistic expressions, and the ability to turn broad ideas into dynamic compositions. I was amazed at how simple it was for me to create an aesthetically pleasing webpage
using only code.

On a personal level, I am an animal enthusiast owned by 4 turtles and 7 cats. In my spare time, I work on advancing my web design skills. My enthusiasm for animals coincides with my work. For example, when I photograph my pet's actions, the images often give me inspiration for current projects I may be working on.
